You're a complete dumbass, lol.

Triumphant Ryze skin is different from other promotional skins such as Riot Singed, PAX TF and whatnot. Triumphant Ryze is only obtainable by winning a tournament that is sponsored by riot. The tournament hoster must apply for the codes and RP prizes, by filling out an extensive application to ensure all participants are legitimate people.

After the tournament ends, and if you so happen to win, the skin is directly added to your account. There is no way to obtain a skin code. This guy is one big phony.

My boyfriend is playing for the best LoL team in Hungary on (EUW) but they also want to win prizes on EU-NE too. So they need 4 more accounts ( all of them need to be lvl 30, ONLY ON EU-NORDIC / EAST server ) accounts with top,jungler,support,mid-laner champions would be preferred. So why they doing this?
