Or having a tons of infractions, but in his case, i'm guessing scam.

You should always use a mm if you want to make it safe, its really easy to request one for LoL

you can also get banned for 2 infractions , like if u bump ur thread often then every 24 hours etc etc

i wouldnt trade with this guy , but it doesnt mean hes banned for scamming might be other reasons
