New to this site what would 10 wins at silver 3 cost me?

If you lose a game you have to win 1 extra per game you lose. What would that cost me? (looking to pay 15-20 euro but i dont know if that is too low) server is EUW but i dont know the process since i never done this before. If it helps i have all champs in the game expect for Zac and Rengar so you can play your favorite champ while doing so

Now i have the problem that i got 4 people that takes this offer but i dont know who to pick. Anyone else can help me with that because how do i pick one over the other? i have nothing to go after other than a skype link
