After 72 hours all 100 referalls are stuck at lv1 :\
update : i got some account al 7,6 lv and some are stuck at lv 1 right now. nice

I have had the same problem several time before. For some reason the "Redeem" button bugs out and does not show up even after referrals are updated and accounted for. This is NOT Guardian's fault as it is Riot's website that bugs up and glitches the "Redeem" button. PM Guardian about it and hopefully he can help you out.
I personally just buy 50 more refs to "Trigger" the redeem button to show up again, and it can be pressed twice (the redeem button). So basically I receive the reward I couldn't receive the first time because of the Redeem button not showing up AND the reward for the recent refs purchase. That was my solution to the problem, but I highly recommend you contact Guardian first about this.
