Name isn't rare, there's under 80 skins, and no elo s1 or s2, the way he didn't know much about his own account makes me think he bought or scammed it. Either way he does not have original welcome to league email.

You didn't like the name, go cry else where. Their's 75 skins. No ELO S1, I said S2. Didn't know much? I answered every detail about it and offered the original email.
