i think no serious booster can boost to diamond 5 at the moment. all the pro players are still around there. even forellenlord i just platin 1.
i think you should wait until the pros went to diamond 1 and challenger
just my opinion... good luck anyway!

Edit: Maybe you could ask Dolladroo. He is a beast pro player for ESC.

Dolladroo isnt playing for ESC anymore. Despite in fact he is a really good Jungler.
