I'm looking for an EUWest lvl 30 Account. It should have atleast 30-40 champions and runes for ad/ap. Skins are not needed. It also shouldn't be above Gold Tier.

I'm willing to pay 10-15€ via PayPal but I won't go first unless you are really really trusted member. We can trade via trusted MM if we find one who is doing it for free or you have to go first.
