My account got perm banned cause I already had a few day/week bans 'cause of flaming and AFk'ing when playing swith sh!tters, anyways,

I don't want to level a smurf, so I'm looking to buy an account quick.
I was at 1600 so I'm looking for a 1400/1500+ elo account so I can play with my team again.

Has to be EUW, decent rune pages, and at least 60 champs, prefer more.
Prefer original email, not a must, just a big plus.

I prefer to use a middle man or go second, First time I buy something like this and I'd like to have a good first experience on this.
