Im searching a lvl 30 accounts , it doenst matter how much champions there are on the account , it just needs to lvl 30 , i prefer with 0 ranked matches.

And i have 1 question , if you buy some account here , the owner of that account can always recover his account , so how to trust someone here?

buy powerlevel than. you create your own 1lvl and buy level service.

i readed many posts here on this forum , but didnt see people who do powerlvling tbh

or some lvl 30 account who also gives his email adress with it , would be safe too
