There's a thread in this LoL Section. Everything is explained there, how do to a safe trade. You usually trade wuth a middleman, there's alist of trusted ones. Just try to get somebody of them. My question is: What Singed Code? i doubt there's one. Anyway, if you got a PSC why dont you directly buy it by yourself?

Just don't trade with skype, only with the . Otherwise you won't get any support from elitepvpers in case you get scammed. And if you don't feel very safe, you can also use a . (Read the stickies there.)
