Currently getting a boost from him, conversations initally really good and he's very quick to respond usually and he prefers not to be bothered when playing which btw is understandable.

I highly suggest you dispute your payment and change your info. I paid him 15 dollars to boost me from 1700s to 1800s. He never did it and he changed passwords and emails on my account.
