The other things on this forum aren't illegal, they have just been categorized, by riot, to be a banable offense. And exactly like you said, its considered illegal BY THE SUMMONERCODE. Who the **** cares about the summonercode. What you're selling is considered illegal by international law. The worst thing they can do if they find out someone bought a eloboost or sold an account to someone else is to ban their account. But what you're selling is just plain and simple fraud. I hope you get locked up in jail.
