I believe you have maybe misunderstood the date. 11/6 is actually the 6th of November for the 'Mericans. This is today. They said "Won't update today" on the 5th of November, yesterday (10 hours ago actually), which still means they could update today.

I'mma compile some information from Riot posts:

First it's said that "However, note that on the night when the patch goes out, we’ll be shutting off ranked queues several hours earlier than usual."

Then it's said that "Thanks for your patience and good luck in these final hours of the season!"

And finally it's said on PBE forum: "We are going to perform maintenance to the ranked queues and therefore we are going to disable ranked games tomorrow 11/6 at 11 am PDT. "

This makes me believe that in 5 hours, you won't be able to play ranked anymore. This is a warning to all slot buyers - you have to do your 5 games in 5 hours.

I'm just saying that you pulled the date 11th of November out of thin air. There is no mention of this date anywhere.
