Need Help with Paysafecard

OK I might be making a transaction for a purchase here for the requested price of €25. I would like to point out I'm Canadian and from what I can tell the retailers that sell paysafecards here only sell in amounts of $10, $30, $50 or $100 CAD. Paysafe isn't very common here so forgive my ignorance. Is there a way to transfer $32.60 CAD which is the equivalent of €25 from it to him if I purchased a $50 CAD card? The only other possibilities I can think of is spending the difference ($17.40 CAD) before giving him the pin or getting the $30 CAD card which is €23.7370. So basically a €1.26 discount, of course I would have to ask if it would be acceptable with him first.

Any helpful responses would be greatly appreciated.

sadly its not possible to send only a part of the money.
You can buy something for 17.40 or ask him for a discount. Or you buy 10+30 PSC.

Another option would be paypal. You can ask someone (I could do it for you) to trade the paysafecard into paypal money. You dont need a verified paypal account therefore.
For sure your trading partner needs to accept.

Oh this isn't for a trade but for a service. Thank you for the advice. I just might take you up on your offer on trading paysafecard money for payapl money.
