I just got an ssd for the PC i´m currently using to bot on, could i run 12vms with this setup? At the moment i´m running 6 ^.^

    Mainboard: Gigabyte Ga-Z77M-D3H
    Processor: i7 3770 4 x 3.4Ghz
    RAM: 16GB
    Video Card: GeForce GTX660 Ti 2GB
    Harddisk: 250GB SSD Samsung 840 EVO

if win7, it would be a little difficult, due needing about 1.3gb RAM per VM, with Xp, yes... I run 12 on the same settup with 32gb ram

Every VM from me is running with XP, how much RAM would you recomment giving to them?

Do you got a SSD or a normal HDD?
I can run all my VMs with 320 MB Ram ( SSD), but i remmonend 400 MB + SSD

Running VMs with that little ram is very counterproductive since it will use even more of your paging file to make up for it.

I'm not saying things won't work, but your paging file which is like backup RAM gets increased usage, which in return puts more strain on your hard drive.

A good example is turning off your paging file, you'll then see what I mean, LoL will not be able to run and things will start crashing.

League of Legends.exe uses a minimum 500MB RAM
LolClient.exe uses a minimum 300MB RAM

From running just the LoL client alone it uses over 800MB of RAM.

This is why assigning such a low amount of RAM is very counter productive, since it will then just use more disk space (which also wears out the drive faster) to make up for the loss RAM.
