You are running the NHC3.exe right, not the NHC3_COOP.exe....
Also I recommend you to set Maxlvl=15 or something else not 10! if not he stops at lvl10 and you dont want to.
And set the gamescounter=170, that is the number of games you need to make 1-30.
Also buymethod=2 not 1, to buy 3 days xp boost.

Do lvl5 refs this is the best method to get IP and fastest.
1 bot = 12lvl5 per day = 3k IP.
If you dont wanna do refs, do 5v5/3v3 coop vs ai all day, but it will be crap because you can't play your acc and maybe you get like 2k IP with luck dont rememb the maths again but it's not much.
3 bots = 9k IP per day and you can play the game if your PC it's not full of load.

Solution to use the bot in any server you need to put the client in english. Since the client it's the same for all the list you just need to set language to english. This is done on the game files on the folder not in the menu.
There is a specific file of the game that choose the language of it, you just set enGB or us as language and will be fine.
I already did 1-30 in Korean Server!

nice mate, Not sure with that CPU you can reach the 20 Vms, but you will see a difference ofc with SSD and get some extra VMs.
Just wait and test, neverthless it's always good to have SSD in the PC.

Your PC have as host a 64 bit windows thats why you have 16gb ram.
For the virtual machines (guests) you can run 32 bit windows since they will have no more than 1GB ram, 512mb must likely depend if you use SSD or not and the windows xp version.

Summoner Rift? It's worst you can only give up after 20m and you dont get the same XP in this 20 as 3-4 games on dominion.
However if you prove that 20m SR gives more XP than 3 dominion games. yes I could think on it ( i dont believe it gives).

I got that problem also but that is related to the Router and your Internet.
So don't use cable modem routers as router for your machines, Buy a Router with some CPU power on it not a crappy one.
And start thinking if your Upload it's enough for the amounts of bots you are running. If not you have 2 divide in 2 Internet connections with 2 routers.
I divide my Pcs in different locations with different internets and in 1 place I have that scenario with 2 connections.
If you go big you need Internet access decent.
