The account has had well over 600-700 USD on it and I would expect a decent offer (obviously not as high as how much I put in) but if i accept your offer I will be making a great loss, and I wont be accepting steam accounts due to my own steam account owning over 100 unbanned games.

u are a lier.. ur account wasnt charged with 600-700 usd its a paysafe card bug he was using u can double it and just get more ips than u paid for and dont say no i know it..

so be careful or ask him for a list where it shows that he paid this money-.-

What kind of moron are you? If i tried to scam Riot for more RP they would of banned me, and all payments were made via Debit Card or paypal. If people want proof of any payments then I will provide it, but untill you learn how it works, then stay out of it.
