The sound-files of the game are located somewhere like "D:\Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0. 1.35\deploy\assets\sounds". The songs being played while in the lobby can be found in "\ambient".
However, i couldn't locate a victory-soundfile.
