In my opinion: orbwalker is orbwalker and external need to be good like internal is. It doesn’t have to be perfect, but nearly the same feature and the same feeling should be given. Otherwise it isn’t an orbwalker.
It’s the same with level bots. It was internal and has better ingame stats but the external one has nice stats too like the internal one.

I think he is not talking about the orbwalker but the other features of the script like prediction.
