You basically using the API to choose Icons you already have, but are hidden.
In china these are the random icons and everybody has them.
So they are in every client but u cant choose them, now you use the riot api to do so.

is there anyway that somebody can tell me the ID of this certain chinese tristana icon?
i looked in the lolnames icon IDS and its nowhere to be found

I guess thats some special Christmas Icon, so not available.
