How should I set up the .ini file if I belong outside of EU or US region?

I'm from Colombia and my current region is LAN.

I've already tried with the configuration below from the .ini file, but it's still not working for me:

[General]
Region=LAN

[Database]
Server=LAN

I get this error:

1. Your internet connection (especially if you are using VPN)
2. If LegendaryZone have announced planned maintenance

Set Server=EU in [Database] section (this is also stated in our guide).
