Nah its super safe. Doublelift used the exact same script to reach challenger and is still actively using it in the LCS for being able to compete. Additionally, the player considered to be the best mid laner, Faker himself, only appears that good due to his vast amount of scripts, so the game requires very little skill on his side.
Riot knows that of course and is 100% okay with that, if you use it to get challenger too. /s
