Features:

Installation Instructions: Simply unzip the archive anywhere once you have downloaded it. Run RiotTalk.exe to get started, use portable.bat (or the commandline switch -portable) to use portable mode (save configuration information in the same folder as the executable). You will need the .NET4 framework installed to use RiotTalk (if you use LoLTool you will already have this, otherwise as long as you are up to date on Windows Updates you should also have it).
