Delete the leaguesharp folder, go to C:\Users\[Your name]\AppData\Roaming (replace [Your name] with the name of the session you're on) and delete the Leaguesharp Folder.

Install it again in any folder, launch it and try compiling leaguesharp.common.
Worked for me.
(Also try to download .net framework 4.5 sdk packs)

This might be a silly question..but how do you know how to use the assemblies you choose? I cant see any guides for them, what they do etc?

There are topics for each assembly. Most of the time, you just have to press F9 in game and adjust the options.
