I do not know if it works on Garena or not, I have not tested on there. If you'd like to help me get it compatible I'd love to make it work, just add me up on Skype if interested (PM me for details)!
Also, sorry for my delays in updating... A lot of other projects going on right now, and also I've received my 3D printer am so busy learning about it! They are amazing! Look at this little Rammus!

Is it possible to add a feature that you can export the overview of all the owned skins + splash arts of it to a generated html page?

Yes, very possible and it will be done. I have a list of features I need to add. Just need a free time day where I can pump it all out! Don't give up on me!  I'll let everyone know when the updates ready to publish!

Don't worry guys, I am getting closer and closer to releasing the new version!
Here is what I'm doing right now. Since most people wanted to export data etc. and work a bit more with the data it generates... This is a screenshot showing you the newer look (yes, the window will be detachable too!) and also a teaser for the excel exporting option!

i dont understand what the tool makes, can u choose a Skin and then u see it in the Game?
Or they calculate only how much rp i spent?

I originally created the application to allow you to view ONLY the skins that you personally own. Since I have over 400, I had to use Elophant, which was the only option at the time.
So, I wrote my own tool for just that... except it will allow you to determine just how much money you've spent on league in general. This is calculated based off your total RP accumulated.

What's all counting as rare? I have Silver Kayle but I don't know what the other 2 rares are.
/edit:
I would mark Silver Kayle as unavailable since the starter pack can't be bought in shops anymore and as far as I know has Riot disabled all unused skin codes.

If you look @ the skin overview, when it shows the details about the skins you own in a list view before the summary page, you'll see some skins have a blank or 0 for the RP price. That is how the super rare is calculated. So, clearly alistar unchained is not a super rare, i must fix that eventually. But, that's the basic mechanics for that.

Ok, just post here what you think to be the best way to spent your CPS...
Ok, my theory is that the BEST WAY to spend CPS is using it all in lottery, u'll probably get more than you had before start doing that...
I have spend about full 20 dbs on it and that is what i got that is really good...
500kk pack (YES, I GOT IT!!!!!!)
200kk pack (YES, THIS ONE TOO!!!!!!)
REF DRAGONS and RAINS (ABOUT 30 IN TOTAL)

Well, been almost 3 or 4 months since Softmod stopped working.
Can we still hope that some1 might crack it one day?
Or do we have to find our own way of botting from now on, as it seems impossible for the crackers to crack SM?
