what are you talkin about internet access?? you are talkin about admin access?
it needs admin access on windows 7 in order to obtain privileges to read memories since its not detour dll injection.

4. Pressed f1 after the game started

It only unlocks zoom out limits.
after you press F1 you can zoom out futher by urself.
