Are you serious? There is no significant difference between 70 and 300. The human eye does not even notice it.

Higher frame rate better scripts run....

FrameCapType=3
to
FrameCapType=2

this should fix the fps problem

Higher FPS doesnt mean always better.
Frames per Second (FPS) may be more in a game, but what is the result your are getting?
In modern video graphic cards, maybe you can get more FPS by lowering your setting, but either the result looks bad or it actually does worse your play experience, cause despite that you have more Frames, the Frames when there is motion are breaking and you do NOT see a smooth image as a result.

Video cards inside them have mechanics that produce in a complex way the image you see and it is NOT always depended on the Frames you get.

You can study a little bit about those things that I am talking about in this article that I searched for you, to try to give you an insight of Graphic Cards.


Of course it is a noticable effort that you try to help others, but there are other ways that from time to time, vary from "Speeding" your computer to make a game "work" faster. I am not mentioning those kind of methods, cause there are plenty of guides already at ytube and other sites that show you plenty of ways to do that and I am more focusing on your config and the result it gives.

The result for me personally... I get a better image quality over at my cell phone, than I did get from your config. I am sorry but that is the result I came up with.


Also here is the official support article from RIOT that someone can start with in order to make his playing experience better.

Well, as i've already mentioned i have weak PC. In Teamfights my FPS drops to 4-10 (With old Options) . This way i've tried to "play" on setting to improve my gameplay, so i won't lose any packets in the important moments =). It's logical, that image quality is bad ( It's the point, what i've wanted to reach! ).

Of course if you already have stable 'bout 30 FPS, this Config is useless for you =). This Config is for those ppl, who have Problems with Game ^^
