It seems. Anyway, i can't compile it (I'm a noobie ) but you have to update it yourself (change the version folder, that's all)

i already compiled it but i can only tell you have fun XD. it works, it let you start the game with a champ that you want (you must edit the scripts at first to choose what champ). You can move ( i dont know if you can buy i didnt test it ), but you can move, the towers dont attack, there are no minions spawn, there are only the map, nexus, towers and champ.

here is the link to the compiled version of this:

open the local.bat and make sure the paths are right, if theyre not right it wont work succesfully.

It need much work to get all of this things working, its like at minecraft you want to build a big castle but you only got the the half wall.

First start gamed.exe, than start local.bat

look guys it is easy. download ffdec and then try to find the lolclient.swf file in the lol folder . open it with ffdec and change the dependencies and then u can use this cheat only in custom games. ok?

if its really that easy send me a pm or write it here what you exactly need to change or upload the working file.
because i dont find anything that i need to change to enable it.

and i googled 1h to find a solution but i got no solution so it would be extremly nice if you can tell us how
