Maybe some settings are wrong in the config.ini file

Does someone know why after a while my bots stop in "waiting for players"? I have no problems with lags etc, I just don't know why it happens

and how much vms i can run with those specs?

Try SSD and more RAM

CPU I5 4570 3.2GHz
GPU AMD r9 280x
8GB RAM
500 GB Driver

I'm running 6, but they are consuming 100% of my CPU when LoL is running! Why?
Are there any way to decrease it?

reason: riot not knowing how to code a game. this is due update 4.8

fix: install dxtory on every vm and limit fps to 10

i had horrible lags then i downloaded dxtory and works like a charm now!

Thank you, brooooo! I downloaded Dxtory and set 10 fps limit. My cpu is using only 20% now!
