Geht leider nicht, der Bot klickt nicht auf die Quests. Und bevor nicht auf die Quests geklickt wurde kann man sich nicht bewegen und wird dann als AFK rausgeworfen

nothing happens in game! seems that 1024x768 doesn't work..menus are preatty much ok.

you are using AutoIt or?
If yes, its pretty easy to do Afk Bot for League of Legends:

send("{B}")
Sleep(60000)   ; = 1min 
send("{B}")
Sleep(60000)   ; = 1min
