Lolskins.net is legit but it is only client-sided that means only you can see the skin but who cares...Using skin for yourself to see can encourage you to pwn the enemy.

I had a good laugh reading this thread, the most laugh i had was "With this "hack" only you can see the skin, the other players will see you without skin. Fake!"

Seriously guys... No client injection will EVER give you skin, that other players see. This is only visual "update" to YOUR client therefore another player will see the game differently (=no skin)

Edit: Lolskin's project got discontinued, so there won't exsist a patch anymore. (So it won't work!! If some of you doesn't know that.)
