I never said it's working, besides him asking if every player can see the skin or only yourself. Use LoLHelper if you want a working SkinHack.

there should be an option in bol that you dont get automatic updates. Cause I have some bots that are running for days on bol and they work normally cause bol was opened few days ago. But I tried to open bol on other VM-s today and ofc cant open it cause server is down.
