Is easy to Use. Load the BOL Tool. Reg you @ the BOL Site and open BOL. Use your Nick Name and Password. Go to the Tools you need and click download. The Tools are now avaible for you. Make a Chop at that Tool you wont use and start League of Legends.

For a Test make a Chop at the Skin Hack Tool. Use Skin 2 or whatever. Start a Bot Game and look at the Chat in League of Legends. Is BOL ready in Chat you can read BOL is loaded and you have a other Skin with you Champion.

Sorry i dont know. I use it on Win 7 and all works fine. I think that it works at WinXp, but im not 100% sure. Test it. Reg and use go very fast.

But it does not work when I download the BoL Studio and I run the application nothing happens at all ....

Aha ok. Try this: Right Click and start as Administrator

I have this bug on Win8 too, Rayfi. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. Start it with compatible mode and administrator, then sometimes don't do this or download it again to another folder.
