Download link and licensing is working.
I have been under ddos attacks the recent month though, so it might not always be 100% up.

Also, hotkeys will only work if you set the checkbox for those hotkeys to true.

I found a more compact & simple yet older version on one of my other hard drives just now.

Tool Features;

• Send custom keystrokes in the chat console using hot-keys

IMPORTANT!!!
When running the executable, make sure it's located in a CLEAN folder!
It will save strings in the executable folder, and if it's located at your desktop things will most likely get messy for you.

Also, use this at your own risks, I don't think it's illegal/against any rules. Though Spam is not recommended.

How-To-Use

1. Run the executable in a clean folder
2. Click "Edit" and customize your keystrokes to your likings.
3. Click "Lock".
4. Do as you like, but I would suggest you click "Tray" also. It hides the settings window and is re-opened by double-clicking the notify-icon located in your windows task-bar
5. Start a League of Legends game and press your selected hot-keys.
