Alright,
it works.
Reasons that it wont work for you are:
1. You have it deleted
2. You have logged into another Account e. g. Smurf
3. You gave your account to an booster
To solve this problem(s):
• Close League of Legends
• Go to C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\Config and delete the game.cfg file
• Re-launch lol
• Create a custom game and set the settings to your preferred standard.*
• Leave that game, launch another one and see if they remained behind.
*Delete .json_old and input.ini + game.cfg open .json copy everything that is contained in my file and paste it in your already existing file and save it.
Your settings wont be saved on your computer, this settings are saved online on your account. So if anyone else play with it or you log on into your smurf, the settings will be changed.
Note: In this case, be sure, always start a custom game and follow this guide.
