Warding guide for Beginner Supports

Hello guys welcome to my warding guide for beginner supports. In this guide I'll help you ward in the laning phase. I'm currently in Diamond elo on the server EUW so I hope it'll be usefull for all of the beginner supports.

Let's start with the blue-side.
Blueside = DOWNSIDE



TIP: It's always smart to rush sightstone so if you have around 800GOLD in your first back buy a sightstone. And don't forget to swap to the red trinket afterwards, new players/low elo players often forget this.

Today we're only doing the laningphase wards. At start when you only have your trinket use the trinket to ward the 2nd bush, so you get some poke potential down in the laning. This'll be usefull if you're playing supports like Janna/Annie/Nami for example. If you don't have your trinket anymore you can always ping to your ADC so he can ward that bush for you instead.

Okay now we start for real once we got the sightstone you always want to get a VISION/PINK ward along with it so you can ward the Tribush [Check the map] so your jungler knows if it's ward-free and then he knows weather he should gank or not. Have Drake warded whenever you can, and always try to place a ward in there side of the jungle in the tribush because that's where the purple-side jungler will most likely be if he's going to lane-gank. If he won't gank from that side he has to come from drake [But you'll have that warded as well] Then that leaves one option left, ganking from your side of the jungle but that'll be troublesome because you'll have your vision/pink ward placed there. Always have map-awareness when the enemy support clears your wards, try to get the same place warded AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Because there's a chance he's clearing that ward for there jungler so they can gank your lane.

And now for the Purple side;



Basically the same, always get the 2nd bush warded as I said above about the blue side. If you check the map at the purple-side you place the stealth ward in there side of the tribush [Be aware they will most likely have a pink/vision ward there later-on] a stealth ward at drake and a vision/pink ward in your side. You don't have to pink that spot but it'll be usefull for your jungler when it comes to ganking but you can also place your pink/vision in a different spot like in your first bush if your jungler will come gank from the lane.

That's it for now, I'll be making more guides later-on this was just the first-beginner guide and this was only for the laning-phase guys I hope this'll help some beginner-supports out there.

Supporting is important, but knowing the basics will help you alot :') that's why I made this guide but I'll be making more in the future hopefully so stay tuned for that.
