Change Language in Patch 4.21

Hey guys,

So i think a lot of you guys know that with the new patch changing the language in the locale.cfg doenst work anymore.
This Guide wil allow you to choose the desired language in the Launcher / Patcher.

To change the language you have to go to the following directory:

League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_patcher\managedfiles\0.0 .0.0

and open the regions.txt

Search for your server -> in my case EUW

So i add ko_KR to EUW for the korean language.

It now looks like this:

Note that i have put it between french and italian.
Save the file and open your launcher.
Click on your Server to change the language:

Then click the language you want or the blank space between the two languages as you did in the regions.txt

There is a blank space because it can't display the korean symbols in the german client.

Here are some language codes:

de_DE: German
en_US: English
ko_KR: Korean
pt_BR: Brazilian Portugese
es_ES: Spanish
fr_FR: French
it_IT: Italian
pl_PL: Polish
ro_RO: Romanian
el_GR: Greek

Uhm, is this Changing the Voice Sound (Doublekill,Tripplekill) etc?

Cause I want the Sound to be in English, the rest of the Game in German..? I dont know if thats possible

Hey at the moment "LoL Voice Over Changer" also called LVOC (this programm changes only the sounds) doens't work. The Website is :
I'm afraid you have to wait till the admin fixed LVOC.
