How to get free champions and IP boost

Maybe if more people find out about this and it gets more popular riot will create more ways of getting free champions, so many of them out now, hard to buy all

alistar isn't working atm... but i got tristana and my 4 win ip boost ty man i was about to buy alistar and then I saw this, guess i'll just have to wait for it to work

Yeah send a ticket to riot and they will add alistar manually
