Play Leblanc..
Boots + 3 dorans or you can skip the dorans..
Get a fast DFG > Rabadons > Void staff.. You can easily destroy mid, if others lanes are having trouble you gank the lane.

It's simple and plain easy.. That is how I got to it.
You don't need to do any fancy smancy tactics... It's all you in solo queue.

It may sound blunt but the fact is the fact.

I play as jungler and gank every lane and I had a 7 win streak with warwick and vayne as ad carry at bottom.

Either I carry the team or I gank every second and its working great

Sasori is right.Im starting to believe this **** aswell.I got a friend of mine ,he was 1.1k-1.2k elo for like 2 months now...he started lb on soloq and right now he is 1.350 elo

Making a 2 page guide on getting out of this "elo hell".
When I can summarize it up in a few sentences. It's stupid but true. There is no need for such big guides about ganking and ****. It's straight forward.
Solo queue = You carrying there.. It's independent, It's all up to you to either carry, or lose.

It doesn't have to be leblanc.. It's just she ganks much easier does really high damage and is known face rolling.. Morde can do the same job

I'd stick to AP mid if you really want to carry..
Jungler is ok, but you could do mid/jungle duo queue. That works very well.
Both get fed and carry the other 3 guys if they suck.

But yes.. Sion / LB mid / Kassadin. You can easily kill, get fed and dominate + instagib other lanes when ganking
If you get the chance and they don't ban rammus / shaco, you should obviously then pick those

I recommend Lee as jungler, he works great vs Noobs and snowball hard.

If you're duoing with a ryze or other strong stun/snare or skillshotchamps you can jungle maokai. Don't jungle him with a team you don't know. His ganks are much stronger than Lee's but he need good lanes to get fed.

Thats the 2 champs I pushed my Elo to the top.
