Information on Jewel fusion & combination

Hello,
I am currently trying to gather information on the rates of fusing and combinating jewels. In hope someone could provide the formula on how the system works, and how much the fusion scrolls improve the chances of success and skipping tiers.

Would very much apprecuate if someone could maybe take a look in some older files maybe. Amazing would be if not only for jewels lvl 1 to 15 but also up to 25 would give the correct information.

Thats the basics. I want the percentages. How much do the scrolls increase the chance. What are the chances for a lvl 10 jewel to get socketed?

Its completely about luck you can use max 99 fusion scroll. if you use lower amount scrolls it will give you low chance to get high lvl jewel.
