Hi,

in EP4 it's slightly different:
Gold: /nas_set 1000000 (just replace the 1000000 by any value which your gold should be adjusted to)
Items: /itemget [ID] [plus] 0 0 0 1 X Y (X = rareoption / Y = rare bit)
