Remove Skill Points in server & automatic learn

Hey guys I am looking for the code to allow you to learn skills without skillpoint & skill books

I also wondered if anyone has the code to automatically learn skills with premium character, or tell me which cpp it in located in

first part: only remove the requirements from t_skilllevel in your db

the automatic skill learn code would be in pc.cpp during the level up process
