You should download the originale gamigo LC french and take 'fr' folder then set g_ICountry french in client side

Where is g_ICountry in this file?

are you planning to use it as a player or for your own server?
If you want to use it on an english server you are playing on, rename the french files into _us and replace the us files in local folder
