Help with XTrap

In an EP4, if I open the game through the Launcher, it starts XTrap and then when it finish loading, the Launcher closes, but the game does not open, nor I can open it through the multiclient.

If I open the game through the multiclient, it throws an error.

Code Field: 10-0400-0000000-700
The acces to X-TRAP patch server is unestable or X-Trap update wasn't able to run properly. Please, restart game.

Any way to make XTrap to run properly, or disable it thorugh the Source Code?
