I can reach 0.09 speed atm, but it's not like some hunters.
There is a hunter on my server that can do up to 10k dps (on average) and more. He has full sunwell gear except for the trinket:

As most Hunters know,you your Quiver/Ammo puch provides haste to your auto shot.
You can't equip more than one of a quiver or one of an ammo pouch,you can however equip one of each and get the bonus from both.
So if you haev a Quiver and a bow,pick up an ammo pouch and equip that as well.So if you have a Quiver with 10% haste and an ammo Pouch with 10% haste you now have 20% haste to auto...
