Sat editor problem

Hello, I have problem with PvP arena in Juno EP4. When players stand in this area, they can fight each other and after killing they receive a penalty and lose exp/sp. I think that the free PK zone and peace zone overlap each other.

I use this SAT Editor but it is not very precise.

Do you have any ideas how can I fix this?

You can edit the .bmp with photoshop and then load it if you want to be more precise
