Unfortunately this is not entirely false. Take bans for several reasons on single player video (often cut and edit well to banish) while only a GM can certify it's tiring.
Example : You farm mobs with TAB pressing + skill, a player PM you or speak to you and record on video (A simply retarded player who you are maybe put in ignore or who you didn't want answer for any reason)
If you didn't answer on video, also if video during 30 seconds and you banned for using a bot software

Gamigo are maybe better on this way with them GM-Players, probably because it's hard to abuse of powers
But if on future you take care of your players (more precise clients) maybe you didn't see "corrupt staff". It is never the role of the boss after all ...
Is that some kind of magic i'm not aware of or is that just frustration? I also don't get your last part. How do you think the system works? Should players decide about the proofs and take care of reports? Good joke though.
