this will buff the entire channel. if u want to buff ALL channels at same time, thats not possible

Machbar ist das definitiv, jedoch nicht von Hand per GM Befehl.

mit dem GMTool, diese möglichkeit schließe ich aber außer acht, weil es kaum einer hat

You can buff all chanel to same time but for this you need program what have gamigo....
