Could somebody explain how to set 0% cooldown on items in lcgenericname 02?

[Question] Normal Items Cooldown 11/03/2012 - Shaiya Private Server - 2 Replies Anyone have any idea if we can set and time for a normal item (like an Armor or a spear) and after this it will automatically disappear? but at the same time we can equip it.. i know is a stupid question but i think should be nice if i can do this on my private server, thx advance and sorry for my bad english.

Items verringern oder erhöhen! 11/06/2011 - Flyff Private Server - 2 Replies Da ich mich auf vielen Servern umgesehen habe wie die das so handhaben und ich viele user fragen stelle was man an diesem Server noch ändern könnte meinten viele zu mir der Cooldown der Blinkwings oder der boards nervt dann dachte ich mir gut ich zeige euch mal hier in diesem tut wie das geht und wie man das einstellt..^^
Zuerst öffnet ihr je nach files eure Spec_Item.txt und sucht nach:
II_SYS_BLI_BLI_FLARIS
Dann geht ihr etwas weiter nach rechts und seht schon den Cooldown hier ein Bild...
