the easy method is just do this
use a uce (cheat engine)
hook the uce to last chaos
equip weapon
search for your atk speed in uce
unequip your wep search for your new atk speed using next scan
do this a few time till you narrow down to 1 or 2 addres
double click those to move them down
highlight them and hit enter in uce
change the value to the speed you want
then check the tic boxes to lock that speed
go into game and unequip and re equip your wep, now you have fast atk speed
